All4Women is delighted to have been selected as one of the Mentrual Health Ambassadors for the *Training for Trainers Project* organised by Girl Excel in Limbe – Cameroon from the 6th to 8th of December 2023.
All4Women was represented by Chritspine Ndemaze, our Mentruation Hygiene & Reproductive Health co-ordinator. This training was very insightful, as Christpine was opportune to learn a lot about her rights as a girl child and Mentruation Health Management (MHM). During this training, they were taught how to create Mentrual beads, which will help young girls understand their menstrual cycle. They were also taught on how to make eco-friendly resuable sanitary pads, how to manage these pads and dispose of them correctly. As means of bridging the gap in the access to menstrual hygiene products by young girl in roral areas and underserved communities.
